Not letting me in the Control panel

Mickey everytime I try to go into the control panel to change my avatar it keeps coming up site not availiable please reload I try doing that but it still comes up with that message but I can access everything else the forums and my private messages I also can go into the control panels on other forums so I know its not AOL Please can you help me

If you quit AOL, and restart your computer, does it do the same thing?

thanks mickey I figured out the problem it was my stupid computer ( I have windows xp and the windows needed to be updated ) its now working fine Thanks again Mickey and sorry to bother you as you can tell I am computer illiterate
