Problems signing in
I just wondered if anyone else was having problems signing onto Disney Central. I've been receiving e-mails letting me know that someone has replied to a certain thread, but when I click it takes me to the not available site. I didn't know if it was my connection or if others had the same problem. I would say it's about 7 out of 10 times I can't get into this site, but I'm able to sign into other sites.
Just curious if it's just my computer having problems or if others have the same problem. Thanks ![]()

Goofette, does it go to a 404 page? Meaning, it says something like "this page cannot be found?" or can you not get in at all? I have been having problems with the PM pop up windows not working, but not links to threads. Please let me know so I can try to fix it.

I think it's the one about it can't be found...I know I can hit the refresh button, but that doesn't work either. I don't know what is happening. Like this time when I signed online I came here and it opened with no problem. I will make sure to write down what it says the next time it happens. It acts like this site doesn't exist though....whether I click on the link (from the e-mail) or type in the www.disneycentral.com
I know I sent you an e-mail the other day (after trying for several hours) then all of a sudden it worked. It may be my server also. I'll let you know if it happens again. :)

Goofette,
I'm having the exact opposite situation. I just went cable modem two weeks ago. Not only am I having no problems getting in, but I'm loving the speed. On the other hand, I set DW up with an e-mail account, and she can send mail, but isn't receiving it. I'm sure I'll get it straightened out. I gotta figure your problem is server-related. Good luck-it sounds very frustrating.:dazed :weird:

Since I've posted this I haven't had any problems...go figure (just like when you take a car into the shop :dazed )
I wish I could get a faster speed. I guess DSL isn't available in our area yet, and we have satellite instead of cable. I wish I knew what else was available. Maybe someday.
