mail box
I don't have any messages in my box but for some reason I keep getting messages that indicate that my box is full.
Does anyone know why this is happening? A few people have tried to send me a private message and they were unable to do so. Thanks.

Check your sent and message tracking. They accumulate "saved" messages and give you the "mail box full" message. This happened to me too and I had no idea... Hope this helps.

Have you checked "sent messages" and "message tracking" and cleared out those two boxes?

Thank you to both of you, Dana and Disney Teacher.
I emptied out both of those areas. They have not been cleared out since I became a member here at DC. They definately were full. Could one of you PM me just to test my mailbox? Thanks.
