I am getting no email notification

Mickey I know you are busy changing over the site ,but do we have to do something so we get our email notification to the threads that we post on ,because I havent been receiving any notifications that there are new posts ? thanks again in advance Cheryl . I did receive the notifications when it was on the other server

Let me check on that. When you post, there are five options, do not subscrive, no emails, instant emails, daily emails and weekly emails. Make sure you choose instant emails. I will check to make sure the settings are correct.

In the quicklinks, you can go to Edit Options, and change your default thread subscription mode, so if you quick reply, you still get subscribed to the thread.

I subscribe to this thread, and I got an email pretty quickly. Are you still having problems?

yep still havent gotten an notification and I even looked under my spam folder nothing there

I looked at the settings, and they look fine. I wonder if this has anything to do with AOL? Any other AOL users out there that have been or have not been getting emails?

I'm subscribed to a bunch of threads and since the transfer, I am not getting any notifications. I turn off the notifications to the ones I want to receive and leave them on for the ones I want to receive, but I have not gotten any in days and I am not on AOL. I'm on a cable modem. I figured it was just a glitch that would be fixed later, but is there a particular reason this is occurring?

I too am not getting any emial. I am a Yahoo! user and have been checking my SPAM folder too. I just figured it was because of the switch of servers.

ok, I made a couple of changes to the server that should solve the problems. Let me know if anything changes for any of you.
