Any advice on choosing between the Arabian Nights, Medevil Times, and Pirates Dinners for ages 12 (boy), 8 (boy), and 3(girl)?
Can anyone rate Gatorland? Is it worth leaving Disney for a little while? ![]()

Re: Dinner Theatre
I have never done any of these, but I think the Pirates one sounds neat. Are you doing the Hoop-de-doo at Disney? Your kids would love that. They also have the backyard barbeque with all the characters, too. I can give you more info. on each if your interested.

Re: Dinner Theatre
We actually did the Back Yard BBQ last year and it was great. Is the Revue similiar? Any characters?
Have you tried the Polynesian's luau?

I have heard wonders a bout the luau, but I think most DC'ers would tell you to head up to Ohanas and skip the luau.
The Hoop-Dee-Do revue is different from the Back Yard BBQ from what I understand. I have had expiriences at Arabian Knights and Midevil Times, but I have heard they have both gown down hill.

Re: Dinner Theatre
The hoop de doo is a musical, comedy type variety show with singing and dancing and hooping and hollering. it is a lot of fun for the whole family. the jokes are corny, but that's part of the fun. The food is all you can eat fried chicken, ribs, salad, homemade bread, corn and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Beer and sangria (I think) as well as soda is included. Kids will love it. Mine beg me to take them every year. They are 5,9, and 14.
