Fairfield Inn in the Marriott Village

Has anyone ever stayed at the Fairfield Inn, 8623 Vineland Ave, Orlando?
We are staying for just 1 night before we check into the CBR in December and was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on this hotel.

We stayed there last summer and thought it was a great hotel. You have access to three pools and a food court. The rooms were nice and clean though the staff could have been more helpful. You will like it.

I stayed in the courtyard I think during one of the hurricanes last year and the staff was quite unhelpful, they said they had a full power generator, they didn't, The dining room lights and ceiling were leaking so bad the connered off a portion of the dinning room. My room had about 1/8" of standing water on the floor, I wonder if they ever replaced that carpet. Finnally other people staying there started making phone calls and Marriot offered to move us to the World center marriot (28 floor hotel right outside wdw) for the same nightly rate. most of us left to go there and it was a qorld of difference (no pun intended). Oh and the staff at the Marriot world village seemed to be about as unfriendly as possible.

We have stayed at this hotel couple of times and have had a wonderful experience! It has a great price, includes breakfast, you have a foodcourt onsite and the rooms as nice ans clean.

We stayed there on our last trip for one night when we were switching from Disney to Universal. Since we had LOS passes at Disney, DH did not want to pay for another night at Disney when we wouldn't be using the passes since we were going to Universal the next morning. We found the FF Inn to be a nice hotel. They have a large breakfasst which is included with the price. The rooms were clean--standard hotel rooms, and the pools were n ice. I think you will like it.
I know what you mean about December not getting here fast enough. I can't wait either!

I would like to make an offer again to anyone who would like the coupon I have for any Marriot Hotels and resorts, Renaissance Hotel & resorts. It is a bonus bucks coupon. it is to receive 100.00 off a stay of at least 2 consecutive nites. it is valid until 10-10 05.
