Funny Story

I called Universal Studios the other day to make a reservation for the character breakfast at Confiasco Grill at IOA. When the CM first answered the call, it was VERY noisy, and I told him I could barely hear him. He told me to wait a few seconds, and sure enough it quieted down. The reason . . . his office was right next to the HULK roller-coaster! Through the whole call, everytime the coaster went by it would get really noisy on the other end, and then quiet down after a few seconds.

That is funny. I can't imagine working so close to the Hulk that you would hear that every fefw minutes all day long. I want to do this character breakfast for my DS's B-day when we are at Universal. How far in advance can you book it? That is the one with Spiderman isn't it?

Yes, it does have Spiderman. That is why I booked it. DS7 is a big fan of Spiderman. Universal takes reservation 30 days in advance for everything except I think Emeril's 2 restaurants. Those you can do up to 6 months in advance. When are you going?

Where are the architects of this place? I mean, putting a call center next to a loud thrill ride? You might as well have put it beside the Mummy ride! LOL!

We will be at Universal from December 26-January 1st. My DS is also a big Spiderman fan and I know it would be a great B-day surprise for him.
