Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit!

Adrenaline pumping and music thumping, you'll find yourself heading straight toward the sky. Suddenly, you are doing 65 mph, 17 stories over Universal Studios. Gasping with excitement, you rock out to a song you picked before strapping in. And, it's all on video. Once the adventure is over, you edit the video to send to your friends. This is true high-tech, customizable, multi-sensory entertainment. Orlando’s tallest roller coaster will also feature several exciting “never been done” elements including the world’s first non-inverting loop.

Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit touts six near-miss moments and first-ever thrills including a record-breaking loop. Ride vehicles feature the brightest and most innovative color changing LEDs in the world. Guests can customize their ride experience by choosing what song will play while they’re on the roller coaster.

Scheduled to open in Spring 2009, Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit will stake its claim as the most technologically advanced roller coaster in the world!

Wow! That is exciting. I live near Cedar Point so I am not easily impressed, but impressed I am. First the Wizarding World of HP and now this....I'm definitely planning a 4-day weekend when these open. Woohoo!

Yeah, Universal really goes all out to be the first with the newest state-of-the-art rides. Spiderman is still one of the most popular rides.

That sounds awesome...they keep adding coasters and I may have to finally break down and take a side trip there next time I am at WDW.

Good idea! I was thinking along the same lines. They have an online special right now where you can buy a 5 day pass for $79

DDOLL....does the $79 deal have an expiration on the tix or can they be used whenever? I know it is for continuous days once activated, but can I hold onto them until 2010?
