Sorry if I got you jumping out of your seat.
 But I have just got my Discovery Trail booklet and the sea world company have announced a new park to be opened in 2012 in Dubai This will include Sea World, Aquatica, Discovery cove and Busch gardens built on 300 million cubic yards of sand and 10 million tons of rock. it says it will have a population of 280,000 people. this is the only info I can find on the net- C'mon in, Shamu: The Dubai water is fine - USATODAY.com

Wow thats interesting and as the article says Dubai is the new hot vacation place. Wii be very interesting to watch this development.

I've had my eye on Dubai for about the past 5 years, I knew it was like the "Las Vegas" of the Middle East, and actually even MORE luxurious and full of some of the most rich people in world. Construction and development there is booming unbelievably but I never really saw theme parks coming. I always thought Dubai more of an adult playground. Interesting though.

Dubai is really gearing up to be the hot new EVERYTHING, isn't it? But I bet it is outrageously expensive.
