Planning for adult group in Orlando

We've got 3 people using the week long Universal/Wet and Wild/IOA pass, and 2 people with 6 day Magic Park tickets...

and trying to coordinate everyone to meet on at least one day in one park is turning into a real challenge!

Any tips will be appreciated.

I couldn't tell you where to meet because that really depends on all of you involved. But I can tell you wet & wild is soooooooooomuch fun!

My advice is to drink heavily.

Haha Boss... that way I can just tell everyone afterward that we had a fun filled meeting and they'll just have to take my word for it! :)

Alaine, since we 2 Disney ticket holders don't have water park tickets, we might wind up meeting the others at Wet n Wild for the day.

Did I mention the other 4 adults are my sons and daughters? The whole group of us would love to have one day in Animal Kingdom together, but not sure how to make it affordable. We're staying in a Villa at Terra Verde, so maybe that day we can eat breakfast and supper at the villa, and try to keep the lunch expense to a minimum?

So... any suggestions for cheap eats at Animal Kingdom?

Here are all the menus with prices for AK. You might try Yak and Yeti Counter service.

I never really cared for food at AK (except the old Yak & Yeti cinnamon rolls which are no longer made or the old Breakfastosaurus), but a quick free bus ride, and you can be at a resort of something more delicious! Or bus over to Boardwalk for a burger at Big River Grill.

Re: Planning for adult group in Orlando

hmm... if you guys are going to be at different parks (err "worlds" really), maybe you should meet at a common (or rather common) place in the evenings. You could pick a restaurant at City Walk one night (Margaritaville, NASCAR Cafe, NBA City, Bubba Gump's, Hard Rock Cafe, etc.) and a restaurant at Downtown Disney (Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Bongos, Woofgang Puck, etc.) or the Boardwalk (Spoodles, ESPN Zone, Flying Fish Cafe) the next. Maybe you could all go mini golfing together at Fantasia Gardens after dinner at the Boardwalk. Or clubbing (if you're into that) at City Walk. It all depends on what you're into, but with two different parks, it looks like it's probably going to be difficult to get everyone together.

I can't get my mind to wrap around something with the word "cheap" and anything "Disney" in the same sentence!

Re: Planning for adult group in Orlando

In case anyone was wondering how that whole coordinating extraviganza went:

We got in the car each morning (except Tuesday and Thursday) and I drove the Big 3 over to Univeral, and then Tiffany and I went to a WDW park for the day, then waited for them to call to get picked up. ONLY because we were doing this in November with no traffic did it work out fine, otherwise I'm sure the busy season traffic would have been prohibitive.

Tuesday we hung out at the villa. Thrs. we all went to Magic Kingdom. No water park days b/c the weather didn't cooperate.
