Re: Questions about Universal

Yes,but in the rules it say 1 ticket per househol and e-mail address. It did not say specifically that it is only for the person on the ticket. I would assume that it is for the person only on the ticket.

I think it would be fine for someone else to use the ticket. It was given to you, and I would assume that you could give it to whoever you wish. As long as you aren't selling the ticket, I don't see why it would be a problem.

Re: Questions about Universal

I know I'm alittle late on this, but Don't take a cab! It will be crazy expensive! The driver will take his sweet time getting there too. Use Quicksilver or Mears!

ETA: You will love Universal. Really. I didn't think I would being such a Disney fanatic and I am an AP holder there now!

Ya know I thought a cab would be a ton of money but QS for 1 day is the same price of a rental car for 3 days. I didn't think of mears. I have to google this today while at work.

Just to give you an idea, we took a cab from SSR to CR for breakfast and it cost $20 with tip. I can't imagine what an off property trip would be.

We did two parks in one day with 7- and 8-year-old kids. The coasters were too big to be useful to us with little kids, and the park was sort of grimy and depressing. Even the employees were grumpy. and you think it's a long trek to find your rental in the lot at TTC? It felt a lot longer to get to the parking garage at US/IOA. I felt like we'd have to pitch a tent for the night halfway to the car.

Sorry for the grim description, but it's an honest take on it. I suppose it would be a really, really fun place for the junior high/high school set, however.

And BTW, we were there using free passes given to us by a family friend who works for the company.
