Best Western Hotel @ Lake Buena Vista

Hi,
We're planning our WDW vacation in December. Has anyone stayed at the Best Western? (formerly Travel Lodge). We're also interested in their 'getaway' breakfast. How far from Downtown Disney? Best place to buy Park Hopper Plus tickets? We would like to go to the water parks and Pleasure Island.

As far as the Best Western Resort location is concerned, it's right next to Downtown Disney. We haven't stayed there, but we have one night there booked next month, since we'll be arriving the evening B4 our Fairytale Pkg. reservations at CBR begin. You can buy Park Hoper tickets at the hotel or online or at a Disney Store at your local mall.

Stayed at the Best Western a few years back. Was nice, and the buffet breakfast was included, so that was a nice plus!!:D JOANN:)

Just a quick thought, if you are a Disney Club member, you can get a discount for your tickets at the Disney Store. Disney Club is still good till the end of this year. Good Luck!!:) JOANN

We have stayed at the LBVBW 2 times. It is very nice and the rooms are large, be sure to ask for a Disney veiw room we did this last time we were there and you could see the fireworks at night. The hotel is right down the street from DTD and the food in the restaurant is pretty good we have eaten both dinner and breakfast there. They have a small Disney store in the hotel where you can buy your park tickets and the last time we were there 2001 they were right in the middle of remodling the place and it really looked nice. Have fun you'll like this hotel.:D
