Mini Vans from Thrifty
I just wanted to let everyone know about my rental van from Thrifty. We are renting a minivan at the end of June for our trip lasting 8 days, and we have gotten a great deal from thrifty.
I first reserved in back in Jan when we started planning and it was to cost about $400. I keep checking back and have been getting better and better deals, so I just change my reservation with them at no cost. As of today we are at a TOTAL $254  WOW. I am just thrilled with this price for a minivan. Guess that I just wanted to share the good news with everyone.

GREAT DEAL,
Last time we rented a mini van, it was about 2 years back and we got a minivan for $250 for 9 days. We used L&M car rentals right at the airport. We were already reserved for another carrier, but while walking to the other company they had there "people" out quoting prices and it was unbelievable, brand new. I always start with them and check around. Have a great trip!

As I said in a previous thread, I've been checking around a lot, too. The best rate I have found is still the Alamo rate that I got with the coupon in the Disney Visa Rewards newsletter. If you have a Disney Visa, you should check it out. We're also getting a minivan for 8 days, and the rate with the coupon was only $242! (Every little bit helps!)

Thanks for the update. What discount codes or cupon ID #'s did you use? Thanks for all your help. We go at Thanksgiving and I have been checking and can only find rates around $400.

They are now even cheaper.....I found a Code( 9711) and that takes 10% off I am now down to 8 days for $218.......super WOW! More $ for the parks....yippee! Mabey DD will get two boxes of Mr. Potato pieces.

I got it off of mousesaver and there werent any qualifications needed just the code.
 That was the total Estimated cost including all taxes and fees.

if you do thrifty make sure you leave time to get back on shuttle back to airport when I went in September they didn't have those check out things right at the car I had to go in and it took a lot of time.
