Can somebody give good directions for this?

I think I can see how to go, but my mother will be driving that way to meet us and she needs so pretty exact directions.

I know there used to be a website that had a way for you to get directions from point A to point B, but I cannot find it.

Route 4 east and follow the airport signs.

I'm with Hiner, take I-4 and just follow it til you find the airport signs, I think it will cost you $1 in tolls to the airport and another buck back. As last I remember it was 2 50 cent tolls, or maybe a dollar each I'm not too sure? I know there are two toll plazas though. Shouldn't take more than an hour to get from Tampa to Orlando, and another half hour to the airport.

Thanks, that is basically what I do too - take I-4 and watch for the signs, but my mom likes to have directions.

I think I gave her a good set, but thanks for the directions help offer. I think I will pass your number along to her.

Take I-4 to the Bee Line Expressway (SR 528, I think it's Exit 72). Take the Bee Line straight to Orlando International Airport, about 10 miles, and get off at Exit 11B. You won't have any problems -- it's well-marked.

Well pretty much the same, take I-4 and head in the Tampa Direction, should take ya say 45-60 min to get there.
What ya gonna do in Tampa?? Go see the aquarium?? Maybe Busch Gardens??

We want to spend one day... I never went while I was there, and I have always wanted to... I think I just want to say "I have been in Tampa", hehehe

Its a pretty big town, make sure you don't get lost. I guess being from a "small" town I'm not used to seeing 2 large towns so close to each other. It just really amazes me how there is an international airport at both Tampa and Orlando.
For us in the south the only other airport hubs are Atlanta, GA, I think Nashville, Tennessee, and Houston, Texas.
So thats why I am so blown away by Tampa/Orlando! If you do go to Tampa for the day, the malls are really cool, but I always wanted to try the Aquarium, it just looks so cool! Don't forget Tampa is a bay town, so it's very close to water. You can drive to the beach no problem from Tampa.

I wanna go to the beach!! I have to bring nice color skin... everybody will envy me... it is gonna be winter here... and so far, they said it is gonna be REALLY COLD!

Malls, beach... enough full day trip? should i consider one night?
