Infant car seats

hi friends,
Dh and I are currently deciding if we will take our Disney Vacation in January 2005 or wait until the following year

( seriously don't think I can wait that long!!!!). We have some queries though which I would be very grateful if my on-line buddies could try and shed some light on.
We have never driven over there and to be honest, don't really want to ( I can see the shouting and arguements already

) but what happens with transporting our new DD ( 21 months at time of travel ). IS it possible to call for a cab/shuttle....like mears for example and ask for one with a suitable childs seat? Do they exist? What about Disney's coaches? Do they allow infants of this age to ride? after all, there are no seat belts anyway?
Im CONFUSED?!?!

any advice is really appreciated guys

We traveled with my two yo last year (about 22 Months then) and no one even blinked an eye in the shuttles. I'm sure that if you are using a towncar service just request child seat. They may charge a small fee, if they dont provide them just look elsewhere.

Most car companies will have a car seat for you if you request it at the time you make your arrangements. The WDW buses do not have car seats and will not provide them. You will have to hold your DD on you lap or put her in her own seat.
