This is our first time flying out to Orlando and doing a car rental. A freind told us about dollar rental, so we made a reservation, used a code and got an upgrade from economy to compact with a very cheap rate. Then we joined the Dollar fast pass which allows you to get your car without standing in the super long lines! Then they sent us a coupon for yet another upgrade on the car when we get there I called to make sure that we could still get the upgrade because we already used a discount code and they said yes. Our friend uses this and said it is great.

I will say dollar is who I always rent from when I have family in town (my 2 seater truck just doesn't work) I love dollar in Orlando but I rented from them in New England When I was vactioning up there and was extremely disappointed in them. I will now only rent from them in Orlando.

We usually always use Dollar or Budget. We have never had problems with either. Alamo on the other hand........

And we've had two wonderful experiences with Alamo, so I plan on using them again in the future. You just never know!

Thanks for the tip I tried Dollar to see if they were on Terminal and they were and we got the same rate as an off terminal rental place. I was glad seeing that we will be arriving in Florida at about midnight!!!Now I have to see if I get the coupon in the mail for yet another upgrade!!!! Thanks again!!

I booked with L&M car rental. They are on site and cheaper than any of the others for my dates, even with their discount codes. Plus there is a coupon on their website for another ten dollars off.

I used Dollar in March, and they were great. We arrived at 11 PM, no one in line. Took all of 2 minutes to get checked in and pick up the car. We rented again after the cruise, got there about 9 AM. There were about 10 people in line, but we are Fastlane members, so we had no wait. The Alamo line had at least 200 people in it, you could hardly get past the counter, had to go outside.
