Just booked Quicksilver

Thanks to all of the positive reviews from people at DC, I just booked with Quicksilver for my upcoming trip. I am very happy that I don't need to catch a shuttle & drop off who knows how many before we reach our resort. Having our own car (for cheaper than it would have cost all of us if we went with the shuttle) sort of makes me feel important!!

Re: Just booked Quicksilver

I've booked with quicksilver as well. But not before I first cancelled our MEARS reservation , which was slightly more expensive. I am using an alternative web browser and had trouble with their online form. Gregory called me and we got it all fixed and are now set. This should be a nice and easy way to start our trip. I like that.

Hoorah to not using Internet Explorer!! I use Mozilla, and I cannot stand sites that only accept IE.

I use firefox, which is made by the mozilla folks. Works fantastic. Gregory has been working on getting his form fixed, so hopefully in the future, I won't have to ever open up my IE.

Just talked (for the 10th time) with my webmaster to see if he can fix that problem. He seemed not to understand why my website does not "like" Mozilla and a few other browsers...LOL Let's hope he can fix that.

Re: Just booked Quicksilver

We also booked with quicksilver for this year, it's aour first time using them and I am happy to hear all the great reviews. We have a van, (5 people) and we are going to stop at a supermarket to grab some stuff for our room in OKW.

Whats a good tip to give the driver? We have roundtrip service.

This sounds exactly like my trip. We are using Quicksilver for the first time...got a van for 5...stopping at supermarket to grab some stuff for our room in OKW. The only difference is that I am not going until the end of Nov.

You may have a different driver each way (though unlikely), so I suggest you tip after each trip. I usually tip between $5 and $10 each time, based on what is in my pocket at the time (usually $10 on the way, and scraping together $5 in change on the way home).
