Hopefully, since you register your flight with them ahead of time, they'll know how many people to expect and what resort they're traveling to. If they have too many people for one bus, they should be prepared and send two. Don't you think?????

the magical express contract is for 5 or 7 years the 18 month part is free, disney may or may not decide to extend the free part after seeing how it works.

No one knows at this point if you will have to pay or not. My guess would be about $35 to $45 per person. the reason I say that is the shuttle rates w/mears before the Magical Express were $28 per person, now your adding baggage service as well. Plus the shuttle rate hasn't gone up in a while but diesel fuel has making it more expensive to run the shuttle.
