I just got off the phone with the Magical Express people. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and told me that the packages are being sent Express Mail not Fed Ex so anyone with PO boxes should not have any problems.

I was told that a bus leaves every 15 minutes whether or not it is filled! After you check in the longest you will wait is 15 minutes! She then said it would take 35-45 minutes to reach your resort after leaving the airport.

That sounds pretty promising. Can't wait to hear back from the DC'ers who are using it.

When we go we will be getting in around 1:00 am. I wonder how it will work then or if we should just rent a towncar.

I am still up in air on this subject. I was concerned becuase we are staying at AKL and that resort boards with all the values, so it should be pretty full. I was under the assumption we would be waiting for everyone to board. But if it turns out your max wait time will be 15 min, then mabey I should reconsider.

We can't wait to try this service during our trip this summer! On our last trip it seemed like we waited forever for the Mears shuttle bus! AARRRGGGHHH!

I hear that there is also a special "Disney" waiting area at the airport in Orlando, to start the magic as soon as you get there!

Thanks for the number.... When does the Magical Express stop at the end of 2005?

If I remember correctly the magical Express is a 7 year contract, however the free ride ends after the 18 month 50th celebration.

One question I have on the ME, If you are waiting to board a bus and it fills before you get on what do they do? If your grouped with a value resort and there are a large number of people coming in at one time this is quite possible.

I am sure Disney will have another bus there for you if one bus fills up before you get on.
