Guest Services Locations

We think we have one day left on some old Park-hopper tickets, and would like to stop at WDW on our way to our hotel at Universal Studios to check. I have (generic) directions from MCO to WDW, but I need a more specific location.

Can anyone tell me where is the most convenient place to stop & check, and give me some directions?

Try guest services at Downtown Disney.

Have you tried calling Disney Customer service to see if they can tell you if you have any days left? Here's a toll free number to call. 877-939-3732

Does anyone have directions, or is it easy to get to by following signs? I've never been to Downtown Disney - where is the Guest Services located there?

I had always been told (here at DC) that they won't do this over the phone. The only way to check is to go to Guest Services. Has this changed?

I dunno know? I never saw one way or another. It's worth calling just in case they can tell you.

The signs are helpful. However, you will take the Downtown Disney exit off I-4 (this will be clearly labeled...I think it may be like exit 68 or 69, but not sure). As you exit, you will turn left on Apopka-Vineland. Approximately 1 mile, turn left on Hotel Plaza Blvd. (you will see the see Disney sign). I think you have to turn left at the end of the road and then turn right into Downtown Disney. Park near World of Disney (large building with character statues in the windows). Walk into Downtown Disney past World of Disney and turn right. Go past Ghiradelli's. On your right you will see the ESPN store. On the right side of that that is Guest Relations.
