DME Head's Up
Yesterday I got the DME tags for my mother,who will be using the service when she comes back from NY on the 2nd of January. When I called to reserve DME,I clearly told them my flight info. Not only was there no flight info in the packet,but when I called to tell them the flight info,they had her arriving on January 1st,NOT the 2nd!!!!! Bottom line is,people,call and confirm,confirm,confirm all your reservations!!!!!

Thanks for the tip, Alma! I agree, check your ressies again and then again once more! I know just today I called WDW to add on ME to my March ressie and they couldn't find my reservation! When I called them I was calling from my office and I had to wait until I got home to find my ressie number. Even with that the CM still didn't immediately find my reservation, but after about 10 mins of checking he finally found it. Whew!
I'm so glad that you caught that for your Mom. What a bummer that would have been if she got there and had to find out she was a day late.

A good reminder, Alma. We have to remember with the large amount of guests using this service, there are bound to be errors.

We had a couple of different reservations this summer and it caused the date on some of (not all) our DME tags to be wrong. I called DME and they had the right information in the computer and said to use the tags even though they had the wrong date.
I hope it all works out for your mom.
