Delta Song from NY?

We are flying them next week, has anyone flown them recently? The kids are pretty excited about the tvs. Any of the food worth ordering in advance?

Re: Delta Song from NY?

We've flown song out of hartford the past 2 years.
Those TVs are great for passing time.

I have nothing but praise for every Delta/Song flight I have ever taken.

The food is really good, but I don't think you'd have to order it in advance.

So you can order food on the plane? I thought their website said you have to place an advance order.

Yes, we've always been able to order food once we took off.

Re: Delta Song from NY?

We flew Song from LGA last year and loved it. The plane was clean and comforable and TV's were great for the kids. I totally agree with bringing snacks aboard ~ those twizzlers were expensive!!

Curb side checkin was a perk too, so if you flying from LGA, you can checkin right at the delta terminal.

Have a great trip!
