What to tip?

We plan to use Tiffany Towncar service to get from the airport to are hotel ( on Disney grounds) and back to the airport. What should we give as a tip?

it depends how good your driver is, i tipped our driver $50. in October, but we flew into the Sanford airport. some drivers will even stop for a grocery run, you must consider that also.

We used Star transportation Towncar service that was provided with our Disney package. The first driver was not helpful at all...he didn't even help with our luggage! We only tipped him $3. We had a terrific driver on the return home and we tipped him $10.
Our travel agent suggested that we tip $1 a bag...and we had 5 bags.
