discount rental car codes
We will be visiting Disney in April and plan on renting a full size car or mini van. Would anyone know of any special discount codes or rates which are avalible now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.:D

If you look on mousesavers.com, they have an section on rental car discount rates that you can try. I did this for my last trip and the rate I found cut my rate in half.

We found L&M Rentals to be the most fair-priced (including all the other research and discounts we could find). We ended up paying $480 for 11 day rental on a Villager last Thanksgiving. They are on the airport grounds and we were happy with them. I would check out their website before you commit to any other rentals. If you find something better please post - I'm getting the Disney itch already!

I highly recommed visiting mousesavers.com too! We did and were able to get a free Emerald Club membership for National ($50 value) and applied 3 other discounts to get an amazingly low rate! It took a couple of tries for all the discounts to apply online but it worked out and saved me tons. We rented with Dollar in April and had a terrible experience picking up our car - wait time of 2 hours!!! National is in the airport so there was no shuttle to deal with. With the Emerald Club membership we walked straight to the garage and picked any full size car we wanted from the lot. Emerald Club allows you to totally bypass the counter check in. All the keys were in the doors and all we had to do was pick a car and drive through the parking gate check-out. We showed them our Emerald Club card (printed from the e-mail confirmation) and the whole process took about 5 min or less. I would recommed not using a location where you have to take the shuttle.

We have always used Alamo and never had a problem.

I also got a great rate from L&M rentals. I got 129.99 for a week
in November. For a Mercury villager Mini Van I went though orbitz to get the rate. Good luck.
