If you are staying offsite (a non-Disney property) there are shuttles that will take you there.

I don't know of anything that is both quick and economical.
You can hire a car to take you: that's prob the quickest, but not cheap You can rent a car: that's not too expensive and won't take you long You can go on a public bus: that's cheap but hardly quick

Hire a car. It will cost you a bit more than a rental, but will get you there faster and you will have someone wating for you when you are done with the park. Worth every cent to me. I used a car service when I went to Sea World last trip and it worked out perfectly!
