After going on several web sites searching frantically for airfare, I booked Air Tran Airways on Thursday for 177.70 a ticket for me and DD.
Iam relieved it's booked but Iam not confident in our final decision. I have bad experience with connecting flights. One time I got stuck in Miami (alone) because our flight was late arriving in Miami so I missed my connecting flight to my destination because they had to de-ice the plane in newark! I know we wont have snow or ice in November, but anything can happen and go wrong so it makes me very nervous!! DD and I are also taking the last flight home out of Orlando, and it's just me and her so that worries me. I just pray ALL goes well!!! Oh also, seats don't get assigned until you check in to the airport and check your baggage!
It was up between AirTran a connecting flight (thru Atlanta) out of newark, nj leaving fri nite and returning late sun nite OR Delta NONSTOP out of Laguardia to Orlando leaving Fri nite and returning early Mon morning for the same price!!. My dd's father shot down laguardia , because it's a pain to get to. Ya see he's flying home by himself and he doesn't have a ride to get home, so Laguardia woulda made it more difficult for him.
So he's booked on the same flight with us going down and is booked coming back EARLY sunday morning and when I booked his tickets the $79 fares were gone and he paid $282.70. He ok'd it so fine.
Iam glad it's booked, I just hope I didnt jump the gun and not hold out a little while more. That was the last day (Thursday) of Air Tran's sale so I booked it.

NOW, we are leaving Friday nite instead of Sat Morning so We have to book an extra nite at the POP for $105 (preferred room). I chose to do this instead of a cheap hotel for the hope of only having to check in once and not move our room and hopefully getting our park tickets sooner so we can go to a park that Saturday! I dont mind getting there 1 day earlier and I dont mind paying the extra $105 IF it works out, of course no guarantees, my travel agent says.
YEAH!!! I Can't wait!!
