We've flown NWA a half dozen times. Other than a couple late flights, we've had no issues with them up until this little incident. (But they fixed it!) And their prices have always been right!

We never sweat the separation of our family. I just walk our kids up to their seats and say here is your seat DD, right next to this nice man. Once they see they are sitting next to a small child, they gladly offer their seat. I have even had a few insist that I switch with them after I said "No, she will be fine and it is only a 2 hour flight."
