Airfare Watchdog
Our local news did a special on how to find air bargains and some little known airline refund policies.
They named this website as a good one to find low fares: When airfares are low, we'll let you know!

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find low airfare from Philly to Fort Walton Beach FL for July; I haven't been able to find airfare under $300. I hate spending almost $1,000 for three tickets.

I have been a subscriber to that site for a long time- its neat but you sometimes get frustrated because they will publish a fare but when you get into the site that offered it you never can find the one published. Its not always easy to work with. But it is a great way to see what fares are doing and what different carriers are offering at that time.
