Southwest to release dates after August 24th tomorrow???
I just got this email at work from my TA Jennifer:
Keith, I heard Southwest is going to load their rates in for tomorrow for September on.... Wanted to give you the tip in case you didnt know! Hopefully she's right

I can confirm this as I called last week and spoke with an agent who did confirm the flight info will be released as said above!
But I'm a little hesitant about flying SW due to the "no assigned seat/boarding" policy.

A bigger bummer is that USAir is actually cheaper by about $20 a seat each way than Southwest.
I waited all this time for SW to release and USAir is cheaper

Just saw the new rates for our Oct. trip. It will be like 650 R/T for both of us. Now must decide to see if the fares come down any, or if I can get 'DING", or do I just bite the bullet and buy them now

if you would pick the cheapest of those 3, who would you pick? I just tried USAir on a hunch and found Albany to Orlando cheaper than SW. I'd be curious how the other 2 stack up.

It is hard to say. The cost savings is not all that great - about 80 dollars. Of the 3, USAir is my least favorite. Neither Delta or United fly direct to MCO from PVD (where we fly out of), so at that point, it is a toss up.
