I'm considering renting a towncar for our December trip. What is everyone's most recent experiences? Tell me the good, the bad and the ugly.

We've taken Quicksilver and couldn't have been happier with the ride and the service.

I am using quicksilver this upcoming trip. I used tiffany's this past october and will NEVER use them again after that experience.

We have used Happy Limo @ 5X. They are VERY good. They have always been waiting for us at the airport with a welcome sign. They give you a 15 minute grocery stop at no additional charge. (the driver always tells us to take our time though if they are not in a hurry) They have always been right on time for our pickups. We used Quicksilver 1X and it was not a good experience for us. Our pick up driver did not say a word to us our entire ride back to the airport. He screamed into his cell phone the whole 25 minute drive in another language. We were very uncomfortable. This is not to say that all the drivers are like that or that they are not a good service otherwise.. we just prefer Happy Limo.

that sounds horrible. Did you complain about that, Daisee and if you did complain, what did they say?

Like I said we were very uncomfortable. The man "appeared to be & sounded as though" he were speaking in arabic during our entire ride. He would hang up, then get a call right back and start the yelling again....

Yes Dopey, we definitely complained. Rlander called the next day. He told them that he was not at all happy with this kind of behavior while driving his family. He also mentioned that while we were at our grocery stop (on our way to the resort) we came out to find that our driver was NOT in the car or standing near our car! Where was he????.... IN THE LIQUOR STORE!!! He came out holding a brown paper bag. (This was our driver from the airport.. not the screamer) When he mentioned this.. he immediately was told that the guy was buying an energy drink.. not alcohol.. OK, RIGHT, Whatever!!

Anyhoo.. the manager/owner did say that he would "comp" us a free Limo ride one way our next trip.. Rlander politely told him no thanks!

We used Access Line. Very professional and friendly. They take you to the store like everyone else. We had brought my DM with us, and he made her feel like "Royalty" while she waited in the van with the children. He talked to DS about his favorite attractions and really interacted as if he knew us. It was a great way to start a great vacation.

We've used Tiffany Towncar our last 5 visits with no problems. Drivers are always friendly and they too have told us to take our time when we shopped. We're using them again in November.

We have used Tiffany, FLorida Tours, and Quicksilver. All were good.

We've used Tiffany and Quicksilver. Quicksilver was late a few times, but Gregory comped the rides. Tiffany was fine.

I have worked with and for quite a few people from Iran and Israel and I have to tell you, when they speak, it's always "heated". Having said that, of course there is no excuse to conduct personal business while on duty, period. It is simply inexcusable.
I don't like it when the ladies at the deli discuss their weekend while serving me either. It's just bad all around.
We won't use Quicksilver this time around, I want to take advantage of ME and spend the money on MVMCP

We have used Tiffany (they were o.k.) and Quick silver. They have been great!! Always on time, friendly and helpful. They are also a sponsor here on MB.

I had the driver from heck on the way back home. She had a serious case of road rage....the events that led up to the road rage were just as bad..no greeting of a simple hello...she was late, lost her keys in the rest room, did not help me load the car, snapped at the CM, then she had road rage! She didn't know what time my plane took off...she cut across two lanes of traffic at a speed that made me want to scream....she then pulled in curb side and sat in that car until I unloaded everything...came out and stood there starring at me when I was all finished as to expect a tip. I wouldn't have give her a penny at that point and anyone that knows me knows I tip everyone and always OVER tip. For me to not tip is unheard of. I will never use them again. I never called to complain....have no intention of it ever. Just will go back to quicksilver.
