Booked flight!
I planned to book our flight today and opened my email to find cheaper fall rates from SWA! YAY! The rates aren't much cheaper than the original SWA rates but every little bit helps ($28). $310 for roundtrip travel for 2 of us! :) We have awesome flight times too! We leave on Oct 2 at 7:10am (nonstop), arrive in WDW at 10:50am. That leaves us a good majority of the day to have fun. We leave WDW on Oct 9 at 6:55pm with a layover in Chicago and then back home to Kansas City so we don't lose a ton of a day on our last day either.
So, for all of you traveling in the fall, the special rates have been released. We got $62 each way.

Any savings is great! I have November 9-17 booked and keep looking for a lower price on Ding but there seems to be less available every time. I thought I was going during a slow time but it doesn't seem that way.

WOW! that is a great deal. we are flying with swa in december and for 3 people round trip i think it was around $680 and i thought that was a decent deal.

Congrats. We found great fares on SWA, also. $695 round trip, 5 people from RDU (Raleigh-Durham,NC). We picked a good time to buy, too, I have kept my eye on the fares and I have yet to find a price that low!! I know you were debating going with SWA, sounds like you made a good decision!!
