I never used it because we rent a car to give us some extra time & do things outside of WDW, but I've heard wonderful things about it. I've read alot of reviews & they all seem great except for some people say you have to leave 3 hours before your flight & then go from resort to resort sitting on the ME bus picking up people. From what I've read, the Deluxe resorts seem to have a shorter ride. As I said, I read alot of reviews & just about everyone who stayed at the CBR had a complaint. They all said the bus route was too long. I'm not sure why this resort has complaints vs the others not complaining.
