On the SW website if you click on "Wanna Get Away" or "Anytime" it explains what the differences are. I believe "Wanna Get Away" has alot more restrictions (as far as cancelling and/or rebooking) b/c those are the cheapest fares.
As a sidenote, we always fly SW and LOVE it! It is our preferred airline as well!
