The tickets for our upcoming trip were a huge pain! I had to change my mom's flight 3 times - did not have to pay anything because the first 2 airlines changed the times several times and on one they even had her do a 4 hour layover even though we had booked her a direct flight. For all the stress I finally got her a flight at the time she wanted and it was actually cheaper then the other 2 would have been.

I really hope you were able to figure it all out- you are going to see Mickey and that will make everything all better!

I rebooked with Air Tran and haven't done anything with the Jet Blue tickets. Theya re non transferrable and non refundable so that money is gone gone gone. I have learned my lesson I tell you. Thanks to all for the support.

I will appease myself with Mickey's presence in 4 days.

I think I'd put a little effort into getting some kind of refund from Jet Blue. There's nothing to lose by asking again, right? Ask for a supervisor, write a letter of complaint. You may get some kind of compensation from them by asking. And I would mention that you belong to an online travel website.

Ok but even when tickets are non transferrable or non refundable that doesn't mean anything. You can use those tickets up to a year. You'll need to pay a rebooking fee which might be 75.00 but it would be worth it.
