We stayed at The Courtyard by Marriott, in Downtown Disney. Luckily, my brother lives in Orlando. He met us at the airport, and drove us to our hotel. Aside from airport transort we never felt the need for anything other than the disney bus system.

My sister-in-law honeymooned in disney in September. They took a cab to an international drive hotel. $50 each trip for the cab ride, yikes!

The disney buses were great, reliable at every half hour for most departures. The only negative was sitting on a very full bus, espesially in the early mornings. Standing room only, in some cases. Several of the bus drivers were friendly, informative and funny. We always had good experiences with the busing system.
