Quicksilver transportation

Myself and my family just returned from WDW and used Quicksilver Transportation for transportation to and from the airport and WDW. They provided excellent service at reasonable rates. Our travel plans changed at the last minute and they handled the change with ease. Their cars were first rate and their professionalism extremely high. I will use them again and highly recommend their company.

We used them in October and very much enjoyed them. We like it when the same driver picks us up from dropping us off - it really helped make our trip.

Did you use the free phone call upon landing service? I wish we had, in hindsight. My Mom is a basket case when we fly, and I didn't call her until much much later as I got airsick.

I've never used them however I have talked to Greg the owner and he is always very polite. I was going to use them around christmas time for a trip to the airport, but had t cancel at the last minute and they were very understanding of it. they seem like a good company down here.

IMHO, yes, yes and yes! Depending on what hotel you are staying at, Mears stops at many hotels and it could take a good while until you arrive at your hotel. On the other hand, Quicksilver's driver is waiting for you with a sign at the baggage claim, is very courteous and helps you with your bags. You walk out the airport and get in a Towncar or Cadillac and are brought directly to your hotel. You arrive at your hotel much sooner, in better spirits and have more of the day to enjoy the park.

I run my own business and am frustated many times to see other businesses run in lackluster manners with little or no regard for customer service. As you can tell, I was impressed with Quicksilver.

It sounds like Quicksilver is a much better choice considering airports are a pain anyways especially US Airways(the onyl airline that serves the city that i live in). Thanx!

I know that Quicksilver looks good and sounds good but does anyone know anything about Tropical Towncar?? Both of their rates are just about the same so I just want the best service possible.

Jodie Mckenna just posted in ILuvmickey333's trip report how much they liked Tropical.

Here is the link to that thread:
