Orlando Airport
I really hate to ask, but w/ this whole "orange alert" business am I going to run into any excessive waits at OA? Just wondering if anyone had been there recently and had any bad experiences. I'm flying out of a very small airport so I'm not worried about it.

I flew in and out of Orlando over the christmas holiday and security lines were resonable, it was the lines at the ticket counters, thankfully I didn't have to check any bags and was able to use southwest automated check in. I think orlando international airport is running a recomended time of 1 hour before the flight, early in the morn that time seems ok to me, but after 11am I give myself at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours before my flight, just to be safe. this is the offical site for the Orlando Airports just make sure to look at the info on orlando international airport, the other airport is a small plane airport about 10 miles north of orlando international airport. also as a side note When I flew I flew into a smaller airport and had a longer wait in the security line there, so you may want to make sure you have enough time on that end as well.
