Never use Ibex! I had the displeasure of being driven by the owner who
1. Never opened doors 2. Never took bags 3. Had 3 babyseats in the back seat 4. Yelled at us for not "reconfirming" our reservation 5. Complained about the lack of business the whole ride 6. Wanted a 20% tip for doing nothing. Use mears be it shuttle, towncar or limo. |

Finally! Someone who knows what I am talking about! I can see giving a tip for good service but C'mon! Its not my problem your company is going down the tubes.

Well, so far, the customer service from Tiffany Towncar has been wonderful. I e-mailed them with some questions and they have been extremly quick to respond and very accommodating! Even though I imagine that I am probably driving them crazy, they have been great! I have high hopes for when we arrive!

sorry you had such a horrible experience!:) That is terrible... nothing in the world like someone who wants to get paid for nothing. I am going to stick it out with Tiffany's and hope I picked right. I havent heard anything remotely neggative about them. Thanks for responding.

Have taken 3 family trips to WDW we rented a car the first time then used Tiffany town cars
The first time the driver saw we were going to be too cramped and called ANOTHER COMPANY to pick us up in a van. That sold us onTiffany's service. The second time the driver was a very enthusiasic Disney supporter and put us at ease with our post 9/11 worries:)
