What is the best time to go? How late is it open?

I don't even know what time Pleasure Island closes, I think it is around 1 am. That is what time the buses stop running. As far as what time to show up, there is a certain time that children are permitted inside Pleasure Island, then after that time there is an age limit.

I believe a few of the clubs are open only to 21 and over, but I am not familiar with a certain time that minors have to leave PI.

Minors do not have to leave PI. They can go just about everywhere, except 2 or 3 of the night clubs.
I had fun there before kids, and now I have fun there with kids! Den

Well its just gonna be me & my boyfriend. I will be 22 when we get there (its a birthday trip) so i guess we will wait and see. Thanks everyone!

We havent been there in a couple of years ( too hard for DH in the w/c to get around) ..but it used to close at 2 am ..and it was always a New Years eve Celebration when it closed. You just must go to the Comedy Warehouse!!!!!!!! It is sooooo much fun!!!!
as for best time to go .. we would go mid-week ..because on the weekends it can be very very crowded

PI operates from 7pm to 2am...currently, Jazz Company and Adventurer's Club close at 1am when their shows and live jazz sets are done for the night. The rest of the clubs close around 1:45 and the island/street party closes at 2am. Clubs that are 21 and up only, are Mannequins on Thurs-Sat, and BET Soundstage on Fri/Sat. The thing about age is that anyone under 18 can go into a club, just as long as they have a ticket, and that they have to be acompanied by someone 21 or older at all times. However they won't be able to go into the 21 and up only clubs. If you're 18 and up you can be by yourself in the clubs. The island is free to walk through all night as it connects the Westside to Marketplace, and they take tickets at the doors now instead of having gates on the bridges.
