Checking Old Tickets at Guest Services?

Had no idea where to post this, but here goes . . . We have old tickets that we think have one day left on them. We are planning a day at Epcot, and are prepared to pay for 1-day tickets, but would like to know ahead of time if we already have tickets left.

I know the only way to be sure is to stop by a Guest Services area in Orlando, but where are they? We will be staying at Universal's Royal Pacific Resort and the Renaissance at Sea World. Is the one in the airport or closer to where we are staying, or do we actually have to go to WDW to find out?

You will have to go to the parks to find out. You will have to go to a Guest Services window at any of the four parks, in DTD (there are two of them there) or the Ocala welcome center. If you have some time one night, drive down to DTD, parking is free, and you can check then, so you will know in advance.

Re: Checking Old Tickets at Guest Services?

We had the same " problem " a couple of years back. It seems that we always have days left over on our hoppers................and even more for things like Pleasure Island ( we have a few days left on 2 hoppers for those ).

You just take your tickets to Guest Services and they sort you out in no time at all................best go when it's quiet and possibly Epcot to avoid any potentially long lines.

Sometimes they print you off a new ticket if you only have one day left. Because our ticket was the special 25 year anniversary one they even canceled that and let us keep the old ticket for our album. Nice gesture we thought.

By the way............we stayed at the Royal Pacific 2 years ago and it's excellent................do enjoy your stay............and make use of the room key as a fast pass.
