Mini Golf

Anyone been to Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland mini golf courses? I love playing mini golf on vacations, so I figure I might check it out at Disney. I just wanted to know if anyone has been and if you liked it.

We played mini golf at Fantaisa Gardens years ago and really enjoyed. We haven't taken the time to do it our last few trips but we need to, it was fun.

We have played at Fantasia in the past. It is easy to get to also. Just take the bus to the Swan Dolphin, and walk out across the parking lot.

We've played at Fantasia once. It was fun, but VERY hot during the summer.

We went to Winter Summerland last May, and it was really fun! My then 6-year-old loved it. I remember the whole trip being oppressively hot, but no more there than anywhere else (there may have been some misters going as well). From what I understand WS may be less crowded than FG; I have never played the latter, however. There was no line whatsoever when we went to WS at about 3pm. We will absolutely play there again.

We went to both FG and WS several times on our last trip. Since we were there in December, we did not have the heat to deal with. It was worth it. The whole family had a lot of fun, and it was a nice relaxing break for us. If you get a chance, you should definitely give both mini golf places a try. The course at WS is easier than the one at FG in case you have younger children. Although my 2 had a lot of fun at both.

It's $10.75 for adults and $8.50 for children ages 3-9.

There's also a coupon for 10% off up to 4 guests before 4 PM in the 2006 Official Guide. Coupon expires 12/31/06.

DVC members get a discount (10%) but annual pass holders get 50% off (that's the blurry memory from last week, when we played Fantasia Gardens). It was a great mini-golf course. One of the best I've ever played. Great themed holes, neat obstacles, challenging enough for adults but easy enough for kids to play too. I'd have to say that it was the surprise of our vacation!!!
