Yes, there are restaurants at the water parks. Here is a copy of the menu: Restaurant Dining Menus from Walt Disney World

Sorry, I can't help you with the plastic case, my DH just puts our room key in his pocket and zips it while we are at the water park. If we have paper tickets (APs) we stick them in a rental locker.

Re: eating in blizzard beach

Yep both water parks have places to eat...they serve the basic theme park fare...burgers, chicken fingers, etc.

We have never eaten food there though...we might grab a snack, but we always try to do a water park on the same day as the Hoop-De-Doo! Now THAT is the way to work up an appetite!

As for those plastic cases, I don't know where to get them before you go, but I know you can buy them once you get to the parks. Hope that helps!

They have pretty good food and its just what Dznygrl said. Don't expect a large table service restaurant.

That's very true! We usually grab a hotdog and a bag of chips and hit the slides again. The food is typical counter service food, no better or worse than what you would get in one of the theme parks.

I have resolved to just wait and bus it to a restaurant. TL is across the street from downtown disney. You can prob. get those cases at a larger sporting good store or here at amazon

Amazon.com: waterproof case

And you can also by a souvenir mug for unlimited refills through out the park. We don't buy one, we're not soda drinkers but plenty of people do and some share the mug.

My room key (card) fits perfectly inside the concealed pocket of my swim trunks.
