Icon5 Cirque Du Soleil seating?

Hi All!
Are there good and bad seats for this show?
Are there seating areas to avoid?
Any sound or lighting equipment to avoid?

Thanks for any help!

Chuck

Re: Cirque Du Soleil seating?

I sat in the middle, and we got great seats.

there aren't bad seats, honestly. The middle is the best though. You don't want to sit too close to the stage because so much happens in the air

Re: Cirque Du Soleil seating?

In my opinion, I would not sit too far down... we sat in the last row of the expensive seats (abouthalfway up the theater)... making it exactly the same view as the less-expensive seats. And when we got to the theater, we realized right away that the higher up your seats are, the better. Lots happens in the air, so shoot for the middle of the theater, on the lower levels of the less-expensive seats.

That's if you really, really need to get the "best" seats. I don't think that ANY seat in that theater would be bad, And no, there are no structures that would block your view...

We were reeeeeally high up, and I wouldn't have changed our seats for anything! You could actually see everything from where we sat, and the performers sometimes interacted with the people way down in the front row...which personally would have scared the bejeezers out of me!

I forgot to mention that a LOT of the pre-show antics happen halfway up the theater and higher -- ther eis a lot of interaction with the audience and some pantomime stuff going on, so get to your seats early so you can see all that stuff happening!

Oh and this reminds me, I should warn you that if you arrive at the theater even a minute after showtime, they will make you wait outside the seating area until the first act has finished. This is about 15-20 minutes of showtime that you lose out on, so arrive early!
