I voted for surfing... how unusual!

But be warned -- you have to get up very EARLY!

Ogh, we also enjoyed bass fishing on Seven Seas Lagoon. There are a ton of fish, our bass pro CM was terrific, and we had a great day. The photos turned out so well!

They're always at the same restaurant, however I believe they only do them once every other week (or at least for dinner... dinner and lunch might alternate each week idk). I was lucky enough to be there the right week.

Re: what special experience should we do??

I chose lunch with an Imagineer...I just think that would be interesting to experience.

If you choose to do surfing though, just a word of warning. I took surfing lessons before (at Cocoa Beach) and you HURT afterwards. Not because of being out of shape, but you just get tossed around quite a bit. If you do that, I'd say do it your last day!

Do the snorkel w/the fish. Then you get to read about everyone eating the fish which which you just swam.

Re: what special experience should we do??

We did Lunch with an Imagineer and Dolphins in Depth. I enjoyed the Dolphins in Depth more, mainly because of the Imagineer we got and because of the dolphins. While you do get limited contact time with the dolphins, it's an experience like nothing else. The Lunch with an Imagineer depends on your own interest and which dept the imagineer comes from and who else is at lunch with you.

Re: what special experience should we do??

I don't know about too many of the special experiences firsthand, but I can vouch for how much fun the Segway is. My friends were just talking about it here last night, as a matter of fact. They all agreed it was such a blast as to be one of their most memorable experiences at WDW.

Re: what special experience should we do??

The lunch with the Imagineer sounds fascinating. That would be my choice and I hope to do it one day. My husband would love it too. We treated my son to the surfing at
Typhoon Lagoon a few years ago and he loved it. At the time we lived a half a block from the beach where he surfed and he still enjoyed it alot.
