Would love to pool hop, but we are driving up on the 31st, so we won't get there until around 3pm .. . just enough time to check in and make it to MK for the 4pm check in! DDs want to have their faces painted for the party!

The cheerleader costume is basically a cheerleader, 'cept there is a skull and crossbone on the shirt and the whole outfit is black and white . . . and DD4's is from Children's Place ... it's this really pretty crushed velvet dress, but we added a tail and ears and it came with a mask, but she wants the face painting .. . the dress concept I don't get, so I said to her ADD a crown and you are a PRINCESS CAT . . . she liked it!

FACE PAINTING is everyday at MK!

Right as you enter Toon Town to the right there is Pete's Garage Face Painting. They do an AWESOME job!!

DD4 always gets Minnie and DD8 Tinkerbell . . . they are around $12 and the facepainters WILL NOT take a tip!!

Bills stink . . . I rather pay for DISNEY!!!

Well Tess could have the cool silver and black face painting that only goes around the one eye . . . to GLAM it up a bit!

I know i keep forgetting the meals aren't totally paid for and we have to pay for gratuity . . . I have to keep that in mind!

I know I'm covered for WGP though . . .cuz Mom and Dad are treating me for my birthday!!

The wave pool at TL has some major problems with the foundation. They had to extend the refurb b/c they basically are going to have to rebuild it. They haven't been having "Surfing Class" there because of it. After it is rebuilt it will be good as new. BB does have a wave pool, but it is not as large as TL.

I love TL, went there last week. Everyone had a great time. The tropical adult beverages there are amazing!!

I like TL better than BB but do think you will find a few things to do. They have a few different slides and they have the lazy river and a smaller wave pool. The ride up the ski slope is kind of fun. It might not be as hot when you go so it might be more enjoyable. We went last July and hated the heat. You are much more exposed to the sun than TL.

Just a bummer of an FYI -- TL is our favorite, and it has been down for refurb for the last four of our trips! I barely remember how to find the wave pool! Grrrrrr. Why don't they alternate the BB and TL schedules around my vacation plans???
