Disney Institute
My boss and I are considering travelling to WDW for some of the management training seminars listed for the Disney Institute. Do any buzzers out there have any experiences with the leadership training programs? Have you found them helpful? Worth the $$?

We've had a seminar on leadership with Disney people here in Michigan and it was very much worth the money.
I say go for it!

I'm not familiar with the exact programs you mentioned, but I can say after working at Disney in three different capacities, all the training they provide is EXCELLENT and much of it can be transfered into life. I am willing to bet their seminars are really good and worth the money. Plus, um, you'll get to go to Disney! You gotta have some down time right?!
