What should we do tomorrow ?
Tomorrow we make the 2.5 hour drive to Orlando. Seasonal passes are blacked-out until friday so we are looking for other things to do. We know we will be spending time at the pool at Coronado Spgs. We are thinking of going to play mini golf and maybe rent the boats on the lake.
Which mini golf is better...Fantasia or the Winter themed place? Any other recommendations for tomorrow??? |

Re: What should we do tomorrow ?
Do you have kids? If so, what are their ages? When we have a "free" day down there, one of the things we really enjoy doing is touring other resorts...the architecture and theming is so unique from one to the other. Of course, young kids won't enjoy that...but if your kids are older, they might.
We also love walking thru Downtown Disney or the Boardwalk during the day...it's much less crowded than at night.

Something we like to do on the first day is resort hop, about 15-30 min at ea. Like all the countries in Epcot, many of the resorts have something special in them that are themed to the area they come from. ie the savannah at AK, the geyser at WL, the Mansions at POR. Not only do the kids see the different styles of cultures but it gives us some insight on future visits. Of course there's always hanging out at DTD or Boardwalk too. Don't forget about the water parade in the lagoon.

Go see Chip and Dale at their campfire and sing-along at Ft. Wilderness. this is a blast and they show a movie every night on an outdoor screen, afterwards. Bring marshmallows, you can buy sticks for $1 each to roast with. Lots of fun character interaction, every night at 7pm. We did this for the first time last year and it was the highlight of our trip!

Re: What should we do tomorrow ?
Go to DtD and shop, spend some time at FW, there's lots to do there, resort hop, take a ride on the monorail. Those are just some of my suggestions.

Swim, relax, have a good dinner and do some shopping at DTD.

Re: What should we do tomorrow ?
I personally like DTD for idle time. There's tons to do down there if you enjoy the themed stores. Me nad DD can spend hours there. If that's not up your alley, why not do the monorail resort hop thing and have a nice dinner? Acutally you can do all the above and fill you day totally.

Re: What should we do tomorrow ?
Mini Golf is always a winner, Ive only even played winter summerland but loved every minute of it! Seen as though if you do that you'll be at the waterpark, you could always spend a few hours there or catch the bus to DTD and shop around, stroll in and out of the shops, have a bite to eat and then catch a bus to one of the resorts (you could even walk to SSR, and start your exploration there), then from there head to MK and take the Monorail around the MK resorts then finsih up with a lovely evening meal somewhere or watching wishes or water pagent from the beaches.
