Orlando Magic
I heard that the Magic is having training at Wide World of Sports starting Sept. 30. Does anyone know if the public can ever watch?

LRTJS, I'm pretty sure the Magic training camp sessions at Wide World of Sports won't be open to the public. They'd been training at a small college in Jacksonville for the past few years and I know those practices were closed. I'll see if I can find some more information for you.

The Charlotte Hornets used to come to the University of SC for about a week for practice. There were some practices that were open but the only way I knew about it was obviously because I work for USC athletics. They never advertised the fact that they were open. Maybe.... just maybe... that would be the case for the Magic as well. Are you going to be down there during training camp?

Sorry, LRTJS, but the Magic training camp sessions at Wide World of Sports will be closed to the public. The only public viewing will be a scrimmage late in the camp, but it will be for season ticket holders only.

Thanks for the info Park Hopper. I thought I would ask since we will be there. My DH would have enjoyed it but it is fine with me! More time for the parks!
