Atlantic Dance?
Hi!
I was wondering if anyone had been to Atlantic Dance at the Boardwalk recently and what the format is over there now. I know it had changed previously from a swing dance place to a Latin dance themed place and now I am not sure what the format is and what the cover charge situation is. Any info or input would be great! Thanks! Karen

I have looked at all my travel books and several websites and this place is simply listed as a "upscale dance club". No mention of the current format or whatever. You may just want to call down there and ask. Call the Boarkwalk resort and ask them. They are bound to know. Sorry I couldn't find anything for you.

When I was there in Sept, there was no cover charge. I am not sure of what kind of dance, but think it is a bit of a mix. I spent the evening at Jelly Rolls with the dueling pianos. :D

Ask and Ye shall receive. Atlantice Dance Hall format is as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: DJ Dance Party Friday and Saturday: Top 40 Contempary Classic Rythms No listings for Wednesday and Sunday. I got this off the official WDW site. You would have thought I'd look there first....Duh! DJ dance party is considered all the popular wedding dancing songs. Top 40 nights are just that , top 40 dance music. Hope I helped you and got to you before you wasted a call to WDW.

if anyone has any pictures of atlantic dance hall, i would really appreciate seeing them because that's where our reception is going to be at. i've searched high and low for good looking pictures of inside the hall. nothing much has been found. thanks in advance for those who respond.
