Hi All,

I bought tickets for the Richard Petty's Driving Experience for my DH 30th B-Day (Scored MAJOR points btw) :love:

I received directions to the speedway with the tickets,
however, it does not mention what types of transportation are available from on site properties.

We are staying at ASM.. Any clue if there are shuttles or a taxi?

I have no idea!! I would imagine that there is some kind of transportation, as it is right there at the enterance to the MK parking lot. Someone will know!

I'd call them back when you get closer to your trip like one week out. see if they can pick you up at your resort. If not they will pick you up at the dog Kenel at the TTC. to get to the TTC take any bus that say's MK (UNLESS YOU ARE STAYING AT A MAGIC KINGDOM RESORT OR THE WL/FORT WILDERNESS) talk to the driver of the bus he may be able to drop you at the TTC (most likely he can) if not when you get to the MK simply board the express monorail and go to the TTC when you get off walk over to the kenel. another option is a taxi. there is also a possibilty that you could ask bell services at the hotel you are staying at if they can give you a ride over there. they might be able to. hope that helps.

oh forgot to say if you have a rental car you can drive direct to the track. the entrance to the track is in the exit of the MK parking lot. just follow the signs.

Great! I'm glad there are options.... we don't have a rental car that is why I was a little concerned!

I just did the RPDE a few weeks ago. (See Richard Petty ..... thread).

In order to minimize variables, I took a taxi from the Beach Club ($12). When the 'Experience' was over, there was a shuttle available to the TTC.
